How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving VOYD Play a try!

To manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://voydplay.tv and sign in

2. Once signed in, click on the human icon at the top-right part to open the settings page

3. Click Subscriptions

4. Click Cancel Subscriptions

Don’t worry! 

You will continue to enjoy content access through the purchased period, please keep your cancellation receipt for your records.

Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription before the next installment is due you will be charged for the entirety of that period.
