How can I reset my password?

Whenever you are having issues with accessing your account, the first thing that you must consider is resetting your password.

To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Please go to https://voydplay.tv

2. Once signed in, click on the human icon at the top-right part to open the settings page.

3. Click on My Account

4. Under security, click on Edit Password

5. On the Edit Password pop up window, click on Reset Password button

6. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for the email instructions on how to set a new password.

7. Click the word HERE on the password reset email.

8. Type in your new password and click confirm.

9. You will be asked to login again with your new credentials.

If you have issues receiving the password reset link, please check your spam or junk folders.
